By the standards of years past for our Team’s sales in a 7-day period, the sales volume number above is not exceptional. What is exceptional is that purchases of Toronto houses and condominiums are continuing to occur DESPITE the barage of negative media from every side.

You wouldn’t believe the nasty, name-calling emails I get after I report some positive news at any time about the Toronto real estate market. It’s as if some people just can’t abide by the fact that there are positive things happening out there.
